7-day refund

If you ask within 7 days of a purchase or renewal and have checked under 2,000 words since that payment, we refund it in full. Write to support@aicheckerplus.com from the email you paid with.

Cancelling

Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. The semester pass never renews.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge: we answer quickly and refunds are faster than disputes. Accounts with an open dispute are paused until it is resolved.
